Your iSleep system should arrive in two to four weeks after leaving our warehouse. A customer service representative will contact you to arrange a delivery and confirm that someone will be at your home to accept the shipment. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the outside packaging to show some wear. However, if there is extensive visible damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact Customer Service at 1.800.219.3151.
*In-home delivery not available to all zip codes. If you live in a remote area or road/drive that is difficult or impossible for a large semi tractor/trailer to enter and exit, please call customer service via 1.800.219.3151 to check availability. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO, P.O. boxes or U.S. territories is available, but needs to be arranged in advance. Please call us at 1.800.219.3151.

We're confident that you will be completely satisfied with your iSleep products. But if for
some reason you aren't, contact Customer Service at 1.800.219.3151 right away.
For returnable products Customer Service will provide you with a "Return Authorization" number and instructions for
packing and shipping. No returns can be accepted without prior approval and an authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in good "as new" condition.
Certain close out or
special order product is not returnable.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15
business days after all products have been received at iSleep. All return shipping and incidental
charges are the customer's responsibility.
